Bill King began his Sports Talk Radio career in 1987 with WLAC. Bill joined WNSR from 2001-2003 hosting afternoon-drive with Co-host Greg Pogue and producer Adam Johnson. From 2006 - 2010 Bill hosted afternoon-drive with Tennessean Sports Columnist Joe Biddle. Bill left WNSR in 2010 to persue Sirius XM as his primary focus. Bill was a national host on Sirius XM from January of 2005 through 2014. Shortly after his Sirius XM show ended, Bill was hired to host a Saturday morning College Football Show on 102.5 the game. Less than a year later Bill came back to WNSR to begin his morning show. The Fall of 2015 The Bill King Show aired on WNSR 7am-9am central time. A confessed college sports junkie, King has covered the BCS Championship and numerous Final Fours for more than 20 years. King says the 1983 Cornhuskers had the best college offense and the 1992 Crimson Tide the best defense. In basketball, he calls the 1983 Cougars the most athletically gifted. Bill is against expanison of "The College Football Playoffs."
