After 11 years of coaching High School and then College Football in upstate New York, Thom Abraham embarked on a broadcasting career. Thom did color commentary on college football for the Empire Sports Network and NESN while also debuting The Thom Abraham show in New York.

In 2001, Thom would make the move south where the show was heard in Florida, Alabama and ultimately, Nashville in 2007.  The show debuted on WNSR in 2009, and was a staple there for 7 years, before returning to the Music City in 2025.

Thom is also the national host of Bassmaster Radio, heard on over 200 stations, including WNSR on Saturday Mornings, and hosts Field of Faith Radio on Kingdom FM in Florida.
